One of my favorites!!! We age our honey for 3 months in a 15-gallon barrel from a local distillery. Northern Waters Distillery in Minocqua Wisconsin has partnered with us in a unique local project. We age our honey in their empty barrels, then we return the barrel and they in turn age a fresh batch of bourbon in a honey infused barrel!

This gives our honey a very unique smokey flavor.
