Nucs, packages and queens cannot be shipped and are pick up only. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Hamburg Honey, LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, Please contact us, we cannot accept returms on food products. Simply contact us within 10 days of your purchase, and we will guide you through the process. Whether you’ve changed your mind or received a damaged product, we are here to assist you.
We have a guarantee on the Mated Tundra Queens for 3 days after pickup.
